Responsibilities

  • Supporting the commissioning, qualification, and validation of Parenteral, Device Assembly and Packaging (DAP), or Logistics areas
  • Leading operational readiness programs, including material sourcing and definition, operational readiness, training programs, process excellence, continuous improvement, and capacity planning
  • Acting as the technical subject matter expert for the respective area
  • Participating in the training of personnel and supporting the recruitment phase
  • After the site commissioning, being responsible for daily performance management and supporting the process team
  • Ensuring cross-functional collaboration between operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance to achieve key metrics and results
  • Supporting the leadership team in maintaining a high level of safety, quality, and productivity to ensure a reliable patient supply
  • Leading and conducting investigations of deviations and corrective actions as a leading investigator with a cross-functional team
  • Presenting operational investigations and procedures to regulatory authorities and acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for corresponding inspections, tours, and discussions
  • Leading activities and programs for the site’s operational readiness
  • Defining and procuring consumables and supplies
  • Developing training resources and creating GMP documentation
