Responsibilities

Supporting the commissioning, qualification, and validation of Parenteral, Device Assembly and Packaging (DAP), or Logistics areas
Leading operational readiness programs, including material sourcing and definition, operational readiness, training programs, process excellence, continuous improvement, and capacity planning
Acting as the technical subject matter expert for the respective area
Participating in the training of personnel and supporting the recruitment phase
After the site commissioning, being responsible for daily performance management and supporting the process team
Ensuring cross-functional collaboration between operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance to achieve key metrics and results
Supporting the leadership team in maintaining a high level of safety, quality, and productivity to ensure a reliable patient supply
Leading and conducting investigations of deviations and corrective actions as a leading investigator with a cross-functional team
Presenting operational investigations and procedures to regulatory authorities and acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for corresponding inspections, tours, and discussions
Leading activities and programs for the site’s operational readiness
Defining and procuring consumables and supplies
Developing training resources and creating GMP documentation
