Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Automated Production Management, or equivalent work experience, and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading automated commissioning teams. Proficiency in PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Rockwell Automation, Siemens) and HMI systems is required, along with experience with industrial robotics (ABB, Fanuc) and industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, ProfiNet). Strong ability to read and interpret electrical plans and troubleshoot automated systems is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As the Team Lead, responsibilities include participating in the preparation, planning, and coordination of the site commissioning schedule, ensuring the progress of commissioning activities through report preparation, leading the commissioning team at a site during the commission stage, allocating resources to meet timelines and budgets, preparing performance reports for the site support team and cross-functional business partners, coaching and mentoring site team members, leading daily scrum meetings, participating in continuous production improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. The role also involves travel up to 75% of the time to client locations.
