Tech-savviness, familiarity with collaboration tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace, and skills in knowledge management are also necessary. French or Arabic language skills are considered a bonus, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, international team with flexible hours is expected.
The Onboarding Operations Specialist will lead the onboarding journey for new employees, ensuring compliance and seamless documentation, including verification and preparation of employment packages. They will own the end-to-end employee onboarding lifecycle, manage operational requirements, and address employee queries. This role involves collaborating with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to ensure a smooth experience for clients and employees, and continuously improving the onboarding process. Additionally, the specialist will manage and maintain employee data for accuracy and security.
