Responsibilities

The Onboarding Operations Specialist will lead the onboarding journey for new employees, ensuring compliance and seamless documentation, including verification and preparation of employment packages. They will own the end-to-end employee onboarding lifecycle, manage operational requirements, and address employee queries. This role involves collaborating with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to ensure a smooth experience for clients and employees, and continuously improving the onboarding process. Additionally, the specialist will manage and maintain employee data for accuracy and security.
