The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, possess strong analytical thinking, and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills. A solid understanding of Sysadmin, Linux, network cabling, network classification, and network topology is essential, along with a desire to continuously learn and develop technical skills.
The NOC Technician II will serve as the primary contact for customer-impacting issues, manage and resolve technical problems, and ensure adherence to incident management processes, including conducting post-mortems. Responsibilities include monitoring Zabbix alerts, performing daily filesystem checks, troubleshooting technical issues for DC Techs, identifying and escalating network issues, managing Vault pre-deployment configurations and migrations, documenting and automating daily tasks, providing network IP information for deployments, monitoring server farm releases, and participating in on-call rotations and after-hours work as needed.
