Responsibilities include working directly with customers to onboard BYO-BGP customers, troubleshooting performance issues related to availability, reachability, latency, and jitter, and addressing cloud-native VPC networks. The role involves researching network events to identify technical debt, architecture issues, or process problems, and taking ownership of end-to-end improvements. Additionally, the engineer will compose, review, and test procedure documentation for scheduled maintenance to minimize customer impact and enhance customer experience, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of network issues, including automation.
