A Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience in restaurant and/or retail management with Training, Human Resource, or multi-unit management experience is required, along with experience in restaurant and/or retail Training, Operations, or multi-unit management.

Strong facilitation/presentation skills in a virtual and in-person setting are required, along with passion for developing people, building relationships, and expertise in restaurant operations.
