Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience in restaurant and/or retail management with Training, Human Resource, or multi-unit management experience. Required skills include strong facilitation and presentation abilities in virtual or in-person settings, the capacity to consult, influence, and coach adult learners, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent, strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, along with analytical, problem-solving, and change management capabilities are also necessary. Approximately 75% travel is required.

Responsibilities

The New Restaurant Training Manager will partner with OneInspire Brand colleagues to deliver curricula across all brands, support new franchisee onboarding, manage training scheduling, and oversee restaurant certification. They will also support new restaurant openings and national training initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency of training and onboarding processes within complex operating environments. This role involves facilitating virtual and in-person learning experiences, acting as an operations expert, coordinating scheduled sessions, providing behavior-based feedback, and communicating class completion status. Additionally, the manager will lead the training process within host-certified training restaurants, partner with local field teams, stay updated on content changes, gather data to improve training effectiveness, and support regional and national learning teams for consistent training initiatives.
