Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, demonstrating strong people-leading skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Proven success in a project coordination role with strong project management skills and experience is required. Bonus points for working knowledge of Network Architecture platforms, similar roles/support documents, and Project Management Certification.

Responsibilities

The Network Build Project Manager will manage end-to-end project scope for the Network Inventory Team, including new equipment configurations and rollout, and support in-house training. Responsibilities include conducting research, data cleansing, and supporting internal Planning and Engineering teams. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally with departments like Architecture, E&C Staff, and Field Operations to define project requirements, establish timelines, and document stakeholder progress. The position also requires acting as a Subject Matter Expert for inventory requirements, supporting engineers and planners, troubleshooting automation flows, cleansing inventory records, defining new process flows, managing multiple projects, recommending process changes, and creating/maintaining center documentation.
