Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Teams, SAP, and electronic proofreading tools like Global Vision is essential, along with strong organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills. The ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams is also necessary.
The Package Labeling Artwork Project Coordinator will manage the update and approval process for package labeling artwork, ensuring compliance with global procedures and timelines. This includes coordinating with Graphic Artists and Package Engineers, reviewing engineering specifications, and visually and electronically proofreading artwork for accuracy, consistency, and compliance. The role involves managing multiple projects concurrently, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and leading meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
