Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 8 years of experience in On-Premise sales, ideally within the beverage or consumer goods sector, and have a strong network of relationships with key stakeholders in National On-Premise customers and distributors. Proven success in driving sales growth, achieving targets, and managing strategic business initiatives is essential, along with excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. The ability to develop and execute sales presentations, strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a data-driven approach, and advanced knowledge of syndicated data for selling stories are required. Experience managing cross-functional teams, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and the ability to travel up to 75% are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The National Sales Manager, Foodservice will develop and execute FIJI Water’s sales strategy with major broadliner partners to drive distribution, expand market presence, and grow sales. They will leverage their knowledge of the foodservice distribution landscape to navigate customer organizations, build relationships, and influence decision-makers. Responsibilities include implementing national strategic initiatives, identifying and managing national accounts to grow distribution and sales, and collaborating with internal and external partners for seamless execution. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities, developing and negotiating contracts, ensuring accurate forecasting and monthly financials, presenting new business opportunities, managing P&L reporting for On-Premise National Accounts, and traveling to key markets to build relationships and support field initiatives.
