Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of B2B or B2C food sales experience. They should be able to lift 50lbs regularly, travel as needed with an average of 4 overnights per month, and reside within 60 miles of San Jose, Fresno, Stockton, or Modesto metro areas with a clean driving record. Preferred qualifications include foodservice sales experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), CRM tool experience, strong data analysis, problem-solving, time management, oral and written communication, and presentation skills.
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving volume, distribution, and profitability targets for Away from Home products within the Northern California territory. This includes building customer relationships, focusing efforts on key operators in the Non-Commercial channel and Foodservice distributors, and training distributor sales organizations. Responsibilities also involve maximizing profitable beverage sales, developing and executing business plans, managing an active operator pipeline, making sound customer business decisions, calling on key operators, managing beverage equipment placements, and working cross-functionally to deliver business results.
