The VP, Industry Lead, Beverage/Alcohol, should possess a strong understanding of the beverage and alcohol industry, including market trends and competitive landscape. Experience in sales leadership, particularly within a consumer-facing environment, is essential, along with demonstrated success in building and managing key account relationships and driving revenue growth. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and experience managing teams is highly desirable.
This role involves managing a team of sales professionals and account managers to achieve revenue targets, identifying and cultivating new partnerships within the beverage and alcohol industry, overseeing industry sales revenue and progress, providing coaching and guidance to team members, making personnel decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic solutions. The individual will be responsible for expanding influence across targeted accounts and ensuring the successful execution of partner programs.
