Position Overview

Vercel is seeking a driven and technical Account Executive to join its growing sales team. As a key player in revenue growth, you will be responsible for evangelizing Vercel's platform to new and existing customers, managing the full sales cycle, and driving business expansion within your book of business.

About the Role

The Vercel sales team is comprised of highly skilled and motivated Account Executives who are instrumental in defining a new category in the market. Our sales professionals possess deep technical understanding and engage with various business functions, including developers, operations, marketing, product, and IT. We are a rapidly expanding organization with a strong commitment to internal growth and promotion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Oversee a book of business, including managing renewals and identifying net new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure optimal customer outcomes.
  • Continuously learn about Vercel's technology and the industry landscape.
  • Utilize sales tools such as Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Outreach, and SFDC.

  • Proven top performer with a track record of success in pipeline generation, opportunity management, and closing deals.
  • Coachable, collaborative, and possess a team-first attitude with no ego.
  • Passionate about understanding customer needs and demonstrating how Vercel solves their challenges.
  • Motivated, curious, and driven to achieve results.

Compensation

  • San Francisco, CA OTE Range: $150,000.00 - $220,000.00. This is an estimated range. Actual salary will be determined by job-related skills, experience, and location. Pay ranges may be adjusted for locations outside of San Francisco. The total compensation package includes benefits and equity. Your recruiter can provide specific pay range details for your location.
