Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales/customer management experience
  • Preference for experience in Food, Drug, Mass Customers or Corporate HQ sales strategy
  • Prior sales experience at a leading CPG manufacturer, grocer, or retailer
  • Ability to provide strategic thought leadership on multiple retail channels
  • Understanding of competitors, industry trends, eCommerce, and innovation
  • Ability to work in a matrixed, cross-functional team environment
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen; proven P&L and business planning experience
  • Ability to build, coach, and develop a team

Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional team toward developing and implementing best-in-class account-specific sales strategies
  • Deliver topline sales, share, and profit growth objectives
  • Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to lead ANPD to profitable growth
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to accelerate ANPD’s growth
  • Partner with other sales and marketing leaders to develop and drive revenue growth strategies
  • Provide thought leadership and solutions along the entire value chain
  • Successfully manage the life cycle of products through collaboration with brand teams
  • Lead and develop a cross-functional sales team; provide direction to direct reports
  • Drive growth of eCommerce by being an expert at the customer level
  • Collaborate with customer accounts to develop and leverage customer-specific strategies
  • Act as key customer lead across the retail sales force
  • Partner with Brand Marketing to integrate innovation and digital campaigns
  • Provide thought leadership, innovation, and process improvement initiatives
  • Responsible for customer P&L; identify risk and solve for contingency plans
  • Responsible for forecasting accuracy within the CBC
  • Lead, coach, and develop team; actively engage in talent management
