Responsibilities

As a Museum Guide - Coordinator, Operations and Implementation - Guest Services, the individual will greet the public and welcome visitors to the Walmart Museum, adhering to Walmarts four Basic Beliefs. They will provide information about Walmart history, culture, and philosophies, perform minor housekeeping/maintenance, assist with technology operations and support, troubleshoot tech issues, act as a liaison between the museum and tech teams, perform cleaning tasks, assist in welcoming group tours, and occasionally perform Archival duties including scanning of assets and cataloguing objects. They will also train on cash registers to assist retail operations as needed.
