Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or similar
  • 3+ years of Ads Sales experience, focused on large/medium accounts: creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships
  • Experience with online advertising, analytics and social media
  • Solid understanding of advertising market and in-depth experience working at digital marketing agencies
  • Strong commercial skills (responsible for direct revenue)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Solid project management skills
  • High level of responsibility and paying attention to details
  • Ability to manage large customer relationships, manage through conflict, driving groups to collective business decision
  • Efficient communicator internally and externally, fluent English and Ukrainian
  • Positive attitude with a drive to go above and beyond

Responsibilities

  • Lead our partner’s efforts across the represented markets
  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to campaign strategy, proposal development, and campaign execution
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners, presenting them offers for various campaigns
  • Manage new potential client outreach and sales aiming at new business acquisition
  • Utilize the existing network for new client acquisition
  • Educate clients and agencies on our partner’s products through presentations and one-on-one training
  • Inspire clients with full range of ad formats - from audio to video to podcast integrations
  • Organize and consult stakeholders, including peers and manager, to understand existing data and perspectives before decisions are made
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
  • Report monthly on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances
  • Timely insertion of client & their campaign data within the internal Customer Relationship Management platforms
