Candidates should possess 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, professional services, or solution architecture roles, with expertise in designing and deploying enterprise digital marketing or experience solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud or comparable platforms. A background in Technical/Solution Architecture, Technical Program Management, UX, eCommerce, Mobile, Analytics, Optimization, or Marketing Automation is required, along with a deep understanding of web and mobile technologies (HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, XML, Java, REST APIs, WCM). Familiarity with agile, scrum, and other software delivery methodologies, a solid grasp of digital marketing trends like personalization and omnichannel campaigns, strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and demonstrated ability in leading multi-functional teams are also essential. Experience in pre-sales and consulting environments is a plus.
The Multi-Solution Architect will translate customer business goals into phased digital transformation roadmaps and actionable solution designs, architecting cross-solution strategies that align Adobe technologies with client industry standards and digital goals. They will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients to make strategic decisions that enhance digital marketing performance and customer experience, and contribute to digital marketing strategies informed by industry trends and data-driven insights. The role involves influencing the scope of consulting engagements during the pre-sales cycle with strategic inputs and sharing standard processes, frameworks, and methodologies with the consulting team. Additionally, they will lead large-scale, complex solution implementations, break down complex strategies into doable requirements, partner with Adobe product teams to surface insights and feedback, maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
