Candidates must have over 8 years of experience in a senior technical or architectural role within the Salesforce ecosystem. Proven expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud, is required. Demonstrated experience with enterprise-level integration patterns and technologies such as REST and SOAP, along with strong understanding of ERP systems and integrating Workday or other major ERPs with Salesforce, is essential. In-depth knowledge of database design principles and data integration strategies is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application/System Architect certification, experience with various data platforms and technologies like Salesforce Data Cloud, enabling OOTB AI use cases, working in an agile environment, and previous experience leading architect and senior developer teams.
The Enterprise Architect will design, own, and evolve the enterprise-level architecture for the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards. This role serves as the primary technical liaison between the Salesforce technology team and other technology groups. Responsibilities include defining and governing integration patterns and standards for connecting Salesforce clouds with ERP systems, external databases, and APIs. The architect will provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, conduct architectural reviews, and ensure adherence to change management policies, SOC, GDPR, PCI, PII, audit requirements, and security best practices across all Salesforce releases. Staying current with the latest Salesforce platform features, best practices, and emerging technologies is also a key responsibility.
