Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, engineering, or technical leadership roles is required, along with proven success in designing and deploying cloud-native systems across multiple platforms and teams. Strong understanding of marketing technology, sales enablement, and customer engagement workflows is essential, as are excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence across technical and business domains. Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud strategies, customer data platforms (CDPs), data lakes, real-time analytics pipelines, enterprise integration patterns, and event-driven architectures are preferred. Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, TOGAF, or SAFe are a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Architect will define, document, and evolve architectural strategy for platforms supporting sales, marketing, and acquisition initiatives. They will design modular, reusable services for lead generation, customer engagement, consent management, and conversion optimization across digital and assisted channels. This role involves collaborating with engineering, product, marketing, and analytics teams to align architectural decisions with business priorities and performance goals. The architect will guide platform decisions based on data architecture, latency, scalability, and operational resilience, and ensure architectural support for sales segmentation, lead targeting, and campaign performance tracking. Additionally, they will participate in architectural governance, design reviews, and roadmap planning, ensuring compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory standards like HIPAA and SOC2.
