Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead eCommerce Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. This hands-on role is crucial for our client's recently implemented state-of-the-art, composable commerce website (MACH architecture). You will lead technical resources responsible for the middleware layer, orchestrating services between the front-end presentation layer and the core eCommerce service providers.

About You

You are passionate about code and coding, possessing deep technical knowledge of implementations. You have a solid understanding of serverless functions, multi-service orchestration, and the associated benefits and challenges. Your ability to identify and creatively solve problems in a fast-paced environment is highly valued. You will be instrumental in implementing best practices, developing standards and reference code, and mentoring team members. This role offers the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise and contribute to the company's technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to implement commercial-grade solutions for digital storefront challenges.
• Lead a team of engineering resources in developing and implementing middleware and orchestration solutions within a MACH architecture.
• Act as the lead developer for full-stack implementation, contributing to the design and review of technical solutions for real business problems.
• Drive continuous improvement in team results concerning accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency of solutions.
• Foster continuous improvement in the skills of the development team.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, testing resources, scrum masters, and executives to guide system designs from concept to implementation.
• Address complex business challenges, identify conversion bottlenecks, ensure site performance, and help the team meet aggressive schedules.
• Communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain a variety of solutions within the full stack.
