The Multi Location Group Trainer will lead impactful, in-person training sessions to accelerate early clinical success with Dandy’s digital dentistry solutions, focusing on intraoral scanning and digital workflows. They will serve as a trusted clinical advisor, coaching dental teams based on live observation, reinforcing best practices, and adapting in real time to meet practice goals. Responsibilities include driving early case submission by removing blockers and building confidence, partnering with clinicians to reinforce scanning habits, monitoring outcomes, and sharing field insights to improve resources and future trainings. The role also involves assessing practice readiness, coordinating with internal teams, and customizing training strategies based on practice needs and goals.
