Vannevar Labs is seeking a Mission Success Lead to execute deployments and deliver exceptional technology outcomes for our defense and national security partners. This role is embedded within our pioneering Sensing Business Unit, focusing on hardware technology. Key objectives for the year include launching foothold pilots, converting these pilots into larger projects, and integrating these projects into existing programs or creating new ones within the national security domain.
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in deploying new defense products, particularly those targeting the RF/EW mission with the Department of Defense. Ideal candidates will possess domain expertise in RF/Sensing technology, user experience within mission environments, intelligence domain knowledge, or prior military service. You should have a deep understanding of our partners' needs and challenges, derived from direct experience. A motivated problem-solver who takes ownership, acts with urgency, and thrives in ambiguous environments is essential.
Our mission is to serve as the technology backbone for strategic competition against peer adversaries. We support critical missions in intelligence, information operations, special activities, and perception management, which are vital for national security. Since our inception in 2019, we have supported a diverse range of missions across all U.S. service branches, combatant commands, partner nations, and interagency stakeholders. We provide both hardware and software solutions to individuals on the front lines, supporting functions from collection and planning/assessments to effects.

As a Mission Success Lead, you will be responsible for executing the delivery strategy for current deployments and new footholds, aiming to achieve transformative mission outcomes.
