As a Mission Success Lead, responsibilities include owning the delivery of capabilities within contracted Periods of Performance, exceeding customer expectations, developing a deep understanding of user mission sets and pain points, engaging on-site to gain firsthand insights, informing product development with actionable user feedback, and directing resources, including personnel, to align with customer objectives.
