Requirements

Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in agile development teams and the software development lifecycle, with demonstrated ability in technical and organizational guidance for mobile and embedded software. Expertise in grasping holistic architecture across app, cloud, IT, algorithms, and firmware is necessary, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with program management tools like Confluence, Jira, Miro, and SmartSheet, including workflow optimization, is required. A proactive, strategic, and results-oriented self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a proven track record of shipping innovative consumer electronics or health tech products with significant sensing components is preferred. Comfort working across multiple time zones, particularly US East Coast hours, is also important.

Responsibilities

The Staff Technical Program Manager will drive end-to-end program management for new health sensing features, from ideation through the product lifecycle, collaborating closely with product managers, scientists, hardware engineers, and software developers. This role involves acting as a liaison between Product, Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Science, and QA teams, and facilitating major software feature launches in conjunction with hardware launches. Responsibilities include providing clear and concise updates on program status, progress, risks, and dependencies to all stakeholders, and fostering a collaborative environment with open communication. The role also requires acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
