Requirements

Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, preferably at a startup or SaaS company in the Martech space, with experience working with the mid-market segment. They should possess an understanding of APIs, experience building custom Proof of Concepts (POCs), and familiarity with Integration Platform as a Service (iPaas) solutions. A foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), is desirable, along with a point of view on how GenAI is helping marketers and what’s important to consider when launching a GenAI program.

Responsibilities

As a Mid-Market Solutions Engineer, you will partner with Account Executives to guide prospective customers through the technical aspects of the buying journey, uncovering customer goals and designing tailored solutions using Jasper’s platform. You will support managed trials, ensure technical confidence in the buying process, translate complex marketing use cases into compelling narratives, lead compelling value-based demonstrations, scope and workshop custom solutions, proactively forge partnerships with sales and product, understand and document product feedback, and advocate for product development internally. You will also be expected to present to multiple stakeholders and potentially travel for customer meetings and marketing events.
