As a Director of Solutions Engineering, you will lead and scale a high-performing team that partners with Sales to win Mid-Market and Enterprise deals. You'll play a critical role in shaping the technical sales motion for some of Vanta’s most strategic opportunities. The Upmarket Solutions Engineering team’s mission is to drive technical sales excellence and ensure our most sophisticated customers see the value of Vanta’s Trust Management Platform. This team supports complex sales cycles, helps unlock new markets, and accelerates expansion into regulated industries. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to build scalable sales processes, improve technical qualification and discovery, and deliver a world-class experience for prospective and existing customers alike.
