Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years leading Mid-Market or Enterprise Solutions Engineering teams. Proven success in supporting complex sales cycles, particularly in regulated or security-focused environments is required. Strong technical acumen and the ability to engage confidently with CISOs, CTOs, and technical stakeholders are necessary, along with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Background in security, compliance, infrastructure, or developer tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Director of Solutions Engineering, you will lead and coach a team focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise sales, partnering with Sales to navigate complex sales cycles and improve technical discovery and qualification. You will build repeatable, scalable pre-sales processes, collaborate with Product and Marketing to shape positioning and roadmap, establish KPIs, and continuously improve technical win rates and implementation success. Furthermore, you will strengthen AE>SE and AM>SE collaboration, represent the SE function cross-functionally, and help scale best practices globally.
