Responsibilities

The Founding Sales Engineer will be responsible for creating and delivering compelling product demonstrations tailored to various audiences, leading proof-of-concept (POC) deployments that validate the platform’s value while meeting regulatory standards, guiding technical evaluations through security reviews and compliance discussions, collaborating internally with sales, product, and engineering teams to solve technical challenges and influence product development, building reusable demo environments and technical documentation, assisting customers in configuring integrations and ensuring a seamless go-live process, identifying new use cases and expansion opportunities, and providing expertise in LLM tuning to refine and optimize large language models while addressing potential risks and deployment challenges.
