Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience:
    • Enterprise-level sales experience with DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
    • Experience engaging C-Level contacts in the Networking industry regarding networking automation, DNS security, and hybrid cloud environments.
    • Commercial sales experience, including closing deals with Fortune 1000 Companies.
    • Proven success in strategic account selling and income attainment.
    • Demonstrated ability to build a quality sales pipeline effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development:
    • Identify, qualify, orchestrate, and close new business within existing and new accounts.
    • Consistently achieve revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Target Market Focus:
    • Concentrate on organizations under 1000 employees.
    • Include commercial, all government, education, and state/local sectors.
  • Account Management:
    • Develop a detailed understanding of organizational structure, competitive landscape, and technology heat map within target accounts.
  • Demand Generation:
    • Develop and execute field sales campaigns to create demand.
    • Collaborate with Lead Generation and Sales Engineering teams.
  • Partner Collaboration:
    • Engage with local partner teams (e.g., Cisco, resellers) to generate pipeline.
  • Value Articulation:
    • Clearly articulate the BlueCat value proposition to senior IT leaders.
    • Identify customer pain points and quantify the return on investment (ROI).
  • Solution Presentation:
    • Work with local solutions architects to conduct discovery sessions.
    • Present the BlueCat vision and build bills of materials.
    • Negotiate commercial terms.
  • Teamwork:
    • Operate effectively within a team environment.
    • Manage internal and external resources to execute account strategy and maximize sales efforts.
