An investigative mindset with the ability to analyze data and suggest actions is required.
The EDI Enrollments Specialist will prepare and submit applications for configuring Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) claims and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) through clearinghouse and payer portals. They will initiate investigations with payers regarding provider enrollment denials and errors, review correspondence from payers for resolution, and act as a liaison between the RCM department and Strategy & Operations team. The specialist will maintain accurate enrollment records, meet KPIs for production and quality, and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
