Candidates need at least 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management in healthcare or healthtech, an investigative mindset, excellent communication skills, effective multitasking, and knowledge of HIPAA guidelines. EDI enrollment experience is preferred, and Change Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include preparing and submitting EDI claims/ERA and EFT applications, investigating payer enrollment issues, reviewing payer correspondence, acting as a liaison between RCM and Strategy & Operations, interacting with customers, maintaining enrollment records, and meeting KPIs.
