Responsibilities

  • Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights supporting key operational and strategic functions across the business, including analytics projects for deep dives into issues or opportunities
  • Design and measure A/B tests for marketing activations, promotional offers, and personalization efforts
  • Act as a subject matter expert in customer, marketing, transactional, and product data to help teams design and execute dashboards, reporting, or ad hoc analyses
  • Lead ad-hoc customer research projects, including the annual customer survey, to understand customers, their needs, pain points, competitive positioning, and market/industry trends
  • Manage the “Voice of Customer” program to connect business partners with relevant customer feedback to shape decisions and strategic direction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify information or capability gaps, define problem statements or key questions, and deliver insights or tools for action
  • Develop and prepare executive-ready presentations summarizing customer or business trends, opportunities, research and analytics insights, and recommendations
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends to bring fresh ideas to the team
