Candidates should have 7-8 years of experience in analytics, strategy, or business operations roles, with a strong preference for B2B SaaS or recurring revenue experience. Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python is required, along with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. Hands-on experience with Salesforce and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Amazon Quicksight is necessary. A strong understanding of B2B sales processes and commercial success metrics is essential. An MBA, MS in Analytics, or equivalent experience is preferred, and experience using AI tools for insight generation or automation is a strong plus. Candidates must not require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization.
The Director of Analytics and Insights will manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts while also conducting independent data exploration, modeling, and insight generation. They will lead data storytelling to communicate insights and inspire action, analyze installed base performance including retention, renewal, and churn trends, and translate insights into strategic recommendations for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product. Responsibilities include building scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards, managing multiple analytics projects, collaborating with department leadership and technical stakeholders, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and uncover opportunities. The role also involves serving as a thought partner to leadership during strategic planning.
