The position is located at retail shops in White Plains, NY and Piscataway, NJ.
A Bachelor’s degree is required (or up to 4 years additional related experience), minimum 4 years of outside B2B sales experience with proven success in solution-selling, and knowledge of customer segmentation and consultative sales approach. Industry experience in industrial and metal fabrication sales is preferred, along with familiarity with industrial gas/welding supplies and working knowledge of SAP.
The role involves collaboration with Account Managers, District Managers, and other Specialists in the region, while maintaining solid working relationships.
Strong candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years of B2B sales success in solution-selling, industry knowledge in metal fabrication or welding supplies, and skills in consultative selling, customer prioritization, and technical support.
