Candidates must be organized self-starters and self-motivators with strong B2B communication experience and time management skills. A High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and approximately 25% travel are required. Prior prospecting sales experience in a customer-service oriented business, strong closing skills, and relationship building and account management experience are preferred.
Membership Sales Representatives are responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with corporations, non-profits, and community organizations to offer discounted BJ's memberships to their employees or communities. This remote position requires meeting and exceeding goals for new membership enrollments by building strong partnerships and adhering to BJ's code of conduct and sales policies.
