Responsibilities

The Member Success Coordinator will be responsible for responding to member tickets within 30 minutes, proactively engaging members to reduce churn and increase member delight, serving as the voice of Honey Homes to members by building relationships and resolving inquiries empathetically, partnering with the Handypeople and Operations teams to triage requests and support visit pre-scoping, supporting the development and testing of product solutions aimed at increasing member delight and workflow efficiency, executing against performance metrics such as SLA, proactively identifying at-risk members and providing extra support, leading and supporting projects that improve internal processes, and collaborating across teams to turn member insights into better tools, policies, and processes.
