Position Overview

This role is responsible for driving sales and market penetration within a designated territory, focusing on building relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.


Responsibilities

  • Daily Visits:
    • Ensure 4.5 days of effective customer visits per week.
    • Achieve a minimum of 12 face-to-face effective visits per day.
    • Maintain correct coverage and visit frequency for A and B level customers.
  • VIP Visits:
    • Conduct at least one visit per month to key hospital personnel (e.g., hospital presidents, pharmacy directors, pharmacy committee members, key opinion leaders) within the assigned territory to gain maximum support.
  • Product Introduction Meetings:
    • Organize at least one product introduction meeting per week to enhance physician understanding of products.
  • Performance Development:
    • Develop monthly plans for the assigned territory based on company targets.
    • Track progress weekly to achieve personal goals.
  • Territory Management:
    • Plan and manage hospitals within the assigned territory.
    • Regularly update customer department information.
    • Expand business within the territory through diligent cultivation.
  • Financial Management:
    • Submit expense pre-applications for market activities based on the regional manager's budget and market conditions.
    • Expend funds after approval and submit expenses to the District Manager (DM) within 3 weeks of occurrence.
  • Product Management:
    • Develop monthly product development plans and key product development plans, especially for new products, according to strategies from the company's marketing department and product managers, considering specific territory conditions.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Participate in weekly team meetings for product knowledge sharing.
    • Undergo regular product knowledge tests, which will be used for performance evaluation.
  • Business Skills:
    • Effectively apply learned business skills in the field to improve the efficiency of visits.
  • Working Hours:
    • Ensure 8 hours of effective work time within the territory daily.
    • Be available and reachable by phone between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM for the company and customers (communication and transportation subsidies are provided).
  • Reporting Management:
    • Manage and submit reports as required.
