Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical product promotion. Medical Representatives are responsible for conducting daily sales visits, ensuring adequate face-to-face interactions with at least 12 clients per day, and maintaining proper coverage and frequency for A and B level clients. They must also conduct at least one product introduction meeting weekly, plan and track progress towards sales targets monthly, and manage and update customer information within their assigned territory. Financial responsibilities include submitting expense reports and applying for market activity budgets. Product management involves developing monthly product development plans, especially for new products, and ensuring product knowledge through weekly training and exams. Representatives must effectively utilize sales techniques to improve visit efficiency and maintain availability between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM for communication.
