Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical product promotion. Medical Representatives are responsible for conducting daily visits to at least 12 clients face-to-face for 4.5 days a week, ensuring proper coverage and frequency for A and B level clients. They must also conduct at least one product introduction meeting weekly, plan and track progress for their assigned region monthly to meet targets, and update customer information. Additionally, representatives need to manage expenses within budget, develop product development plans, participate in weekly product knowledge training and exams, and effectively utilize sales techniques to improve visit efficiency.
