Position Overview

This role is responsible for managing a designated sales territory within the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on building relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Daily Visits:
    • Ensure 4.5 days of normal visiting time per week.
    • Achieve a minimum of 12 face-to-face effective visits per day.
    • Guarantee correct coverage and visit frequency for A and B level clients.
  • VIP Visits:
    • Conduct at least one visit per month to key hospital leaders (e.g., President, Director of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Committee members, key opinion leaders) within the assigned region to gain maximum support.
  • Product Introduction Meetings:
    • Conduct at least one product introduction meeting per week to enhance doctor's understanding of the products.
  • Performance Development:
    • Plan for the assigned territory at the beginning of each month based on company targets.
    • Track progress weekly to achieve personal goals.
  • Territory Management:
    • Reasonably plan hospitals within the assigned territory.
    • Regularly update hospital department information within the territory.
    • Expand business within the territory based on the principle of meticulous cultivation.
  • Financial Management:
    • Submit expense pre-applications for market activities based on the budget provided by the regional manager each month, considering market conditions.
    • Expend funds after approval from the regional manager and submit expenses to the DM within 3 weeks of occurrence.
  • Product Management:
    • Develop product development plans and key product development plans each month, especially for new products, according to the strategies of the company's marketing department product managers and the specific conditions of the assigned territory.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Participate in product knowledge explanations during weekly meetings.
    • Undergo regular examinations, with results used as a basis for performance evaluation.
  • Business Skills:
    • Effectively apply learned business skills in the field to improve the efficiency of effective visits.
  • Daily Work Hours:
    • Ensure 8 hours of effective visiting work in the territory daily.
    • Maintain availability (phone on) between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM for the company and clients (transportation/communication fee subsidy provided).
  • Reporting:
    • Manage reports.
  • Compliance:
    • Adhere to laws and regulations, business conduct norms, and all company policies.
