Position Overview

This role is responsible for executing sales strategies within a designated territory, focusing on customer engagement, product promotion, and business development. The position requires consistent field activity, strategic planning, and effective communication with key stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Daily Visits:
    • Ensure a minimum of 4.5 days of active visits per week.
    • Achieve at least 12 face-to-face effective visits per day.
    • Maintain correct coverage and visit frequency for A and B level clients.
  • VIP Visits:
    • Conduct at least one monthly visit to key hospital personnel (e.g., President, Pharmacy Department Director, Pharmacy Committee members, key opinion leaders) within the assigned territory to gain maximum support.
  • Product Introduction Meetings:
    • Organize at least one product introduction meeting per week to enhance physician understanding of products.
  • Performance Development:
    • Plan monthly targets for the assigned territory at the beginning of each month.
    • Track progress weekly to achieve personal goals.
  • Territory Management:
    • Strategically plan hospital visits within the assigned territory.
    • Regularly update customer department information within the territory.
    • Expand business through meticulous territory cultivation.
  • Financial Management:
    • Submit expense pre-applications for market activities based on the approved budget from the Regional Manager, considering market conditions.
    • Submit expenses to the District Manager (DM) within 3 weeks of incurrence.
  • Product Management:
    • Develop monthly product development plans and key product development plans, especially for new products, based on strategies from the company's marketing department and specific territory conditions.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Participate in weekly product knowledge sessions.
    • Undergo regular product knowledge tests, which will be used for performance evaluation.
  • Business Skills:
    • Effectively apply learned business skills in the field to improve the efficiency of visits.
  • Daily Work Hours:
    • Ensure 8 hours of effective visiting work within the territory daily.
    • Maintain availability (phone on) between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM to be reachable by the company and clients. (Company provides communication and transportation subsidies).
  • Reporting Management:
    • Manage and submit required reports.
