Requirements

Candidates should have significant experience in media planning and consultancy across digital, display, CRM, in-store, and personalization. A strong understanding of retail and/or CPG landscapes and how to apply media strategically to drive value is required. A proven track record of developing CVPs, delivering strategic consultancy, and growing client accounts is also necessary. An ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as marketing or business.

Responsibilities

The Media Consultant will drive new business and grow existing relationships by providing specialist expertise across media (digital, in-store, personalization) and customer engagement strategy. They will partner with Client and Sales teams to shape proposals, build CVPs, and deliver consulting projects that transform client go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities include supporting pre-sales efforts, leading client engagements, designing and delivering media and customer engagement solutions, contributing to new and existing Client Value Propositions, ensuring media excellence across various channels, growing thought leadership through content creation and industry engagement, and contributing to media SME training across the business.
