CrowdStrike is looking for a dynamic and energetic Marketing Specialist to support marketing planning and execution in the U.S. Enterprise & Mid-Market space across all routes to market. This role partners with field marketing, channel, alliance, and sales teams to implement integrated marketing programs that engage prospects, deliver new opportunities, and accelerate existing pipeline, ultimately supporting business goals. The ideal candidate will help execute a marketing plan aligned with corporate, sales, and marketing priorities and initiatives to achieve regional strategy and pipeline goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute quarterly and annual regional go-to-market plans across all routes to market to achieve net-new logo, retention, cross-sell, and lead conversion goals.
  • Manage project timelines, vendor relationships, results, and reporting for marketing activities.
  • Support end-to-end activities for in-person and virtual programs, including venue sourcing, list criteria development and inspection, on-site support, follow-up strategy, post-event uploads, and email nurture campaigns.
  • Deliver marketing communications to sales teams, manage the marketing calendar, and create newsletters for regional awareness.
  • Monitor and measure results by analyzing metrics from marketing programs, regularly reporting results and trends using Salesforce and other reporting tools.
  • Execute digital marketing activities such as virtual events, roadshows, lead generation programs, and email nurture campaigns, assisting from concept through post-event follow-up.
  • Take initiative in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, manage projects simultaneously, work under tight deadlines, and deliver campaigns on budget and on schedule.
  • Effectively manage budget and resources to deliver marketing programs supporting sales goals and objectives.
  • Scale and grow with an organization with a proven track record of cross-functional marketing collaboration.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in developing demand within a high-tech B2B environment.
  • BS/BA in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with third-party providers (conferences, demand generation, list services, etc.) and agencies.
  • Passion for driving innovation to creatively differentiate CrowdStrike.
  • Courage to take initiative, address problems, and make continuous process improvements.
  • Commitment to professionalism and personal growth.
  • Curiosity for data and enjoyment in measuring results and uncovering trends.
  • Previous support of field sales and partner organizations within the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
  • Genuine commitment to CrowdStrike's mission to protect customers from breaches.
