Position Overview

Modern Health is seeking a talented Marketing Events Lead to join our Marketing team. This role is crucial for enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving business growth through strategic event management. The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing professional with expertise in planning and executing both in-person and virtual events. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders, and a capacity to understand the strategic big picture while working in the details.

Reporting Structure

Reporting to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy from ideation to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Client Success, Revenue Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams.
  • Manage all aspects of event planning and execution for both in-person and virtual events.
  • Contribute to a growth mindset within the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on event strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Experience managing both in-person and virtual events.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Capability to work in the weeds while understanding the strategic big picture.

Work Environment

To maintain our culture and team connection, overlapping hours are required.
