Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role, ideally in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making are required, as well as proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (HubSpot, SFDC), and analytics platforms (Looker), with a strong understanding of integrations and APIs to improve data consistency and reporting.
The Marketing Operations Specialist will own lead routing and drive alignment on MQL definitions, develop lead scoring models, marketing & sales playbooks, and KPIs, improve data quality and consistency to support identifying priority segments, collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer teams to implement customer segmentation and propensity-to-buy models, conduct in-depth analyses to identify areas for improvement and investment, optimizing the customer experience, revamp current dashboards, phase out redundant ones, and establish a comprehensive marketing steering cockpit for real-time insights, provide continuous strategic support and challenge the marketing organization to elevate performance and accountability, manage the deployment and optimization of marketing campaigns to align with strategic business goals, analyze marketing data regularly to inform campaign performance and drive strategic pivots as needed, oversee marketing technology stacks, ensuring efficient use of CRM systems and automation tools.
