The Marketing Operations Manager will own and optimize the martech stack, including governance, administration, and system health for tools like Marketo and Iterable. They will enable operational excellence by documenting tools, processes, and workflows, and support new technology evaluations, implementations, and integrations. This role involves translating strategy into action by building execution plans and operational processes, managing marketing ops intake by prioritizing projects, and analyzing campaign and funnel data to surface insights for performance improvement. Additionally, they will manage relationships with agencies and contractors, and build collaborative relationships across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to enable go-to-market programs and ensure funnel alignment.
