The Philippines Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with external agencies and internal partners, ensuring all marketing activity feels local and personal while driving measurable growth. They will work closely with regional and cross-functional teams to develop the Philippines consumer marketing strategy, partner with Music and Studios teams on content campaigns, lead and optimize the local budget, identify target audiences, and drive local market bets that positively impact brand metrics and business targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with global teams and working with creative agencies and media agencies to deliver impactful consumer-facing campaigns.
