The Employer Brand Manager will activate and evolve Webflow's employer brand across candidate-facing channels, scale the brand globally and locally through content, and lead employer brand campaigns aligned with hiring priorities. This role involves managing external content vendors, building a library of employer brand assets and messaging guides, translating internal stories into external narratives, owning the employer awards strategy, and tracking the performance of employer brand content.
