Position Overview

At Webflow, our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. As the pioneer of the Website Experience Platform (WXP), we’re redefining how teams Build, Manage, and Optimize for the web — combining visual development, powerful content management systems, AI-driven personalization, seamless hosting, and end-to-end analytics in a single, unified platform. With AI at the core, Webflow helps teams move faster, create more performant digital experiences, and scale without heavy engineering support. From independent designers and creative agencies to global enterprises, hundreds of thousands of organizations use Webflow to turn ideas into reality — and to power what’s possible on the web.

We’re looking for an experienced Employer Brand Manager to bring Webflow’s values and employee experience to life across candidate-facing channels through compelling storytelling, campaigns, and content. This role will own the activation of Webflow’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in partnership with the People, Talent, and Communications teams, with a focus on scaling our brand globally and resonating locally. You’ll shape how Webflow shows up to future candidates across the globe, manage external content vendors, and lead the strategy for awards, campaigns, and key candidate touchpoints like our careers page, LinkedIn, and blog.

About the Role

  • Reporting to: Communications Lead
  • Compensation: Eligible for Webflow's company-wide bonus program (target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level; payouts are based on company performance).

Responsibilities

As an Employer Brand Manager, you’ll:

  • Activate and evolve Webflow’s employer brand across candidate-facing channels including LinkedIn, careers page, blog, and external platforms like BuiltIn and Glassdoor.
  • Scale our employer brand in new and existing markets through content that’s globally aligned and locally relevant.
  • Lead employer brand campaigns in partnership with People, Talent Acquisition, and Comms teams aligned to hiring priorities, DEI moments, ERG programs, and global milestones.
  • Manage external content vendors and consultants to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
  • Build and maintain a scalable library of employer brand assets, messaging guides, recruiter content, and creative templates.
  • Translate internal stories into compelling narratives for external audiences, connecting culture, mission, and impact to why great people join Webflow.
  • Own Webflow’s employer awards strategy and support submission development with the People and Comms team.
  • Track performance and engagement of employer brand content, identifying gaps and opportunities across geographies, roles, and channels.

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4–6 years of experience in employer branding, content marketing, talent brand, or communications in a fast-paced environment.
