Requirements

Extensive experience marketing consumer products and working with entertainment, talent, and other co-marketing partners is required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to drive projects from strategy to creative development and execution in fast-moving environments. Strong execution skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a small, agile team with initiative and ownership are essential. Outstanding interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), and the ability to persuade and drive alignment among differing perspectives are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Consumer Marketing Lead will develop and implement the overall consumer marketing strategy to build the brand and drive usage of Perplexity. This includes ensuring the successful launch and ongoing marketing activities for key global partnerships, such as co-marketing, sports, entertainment, and talent initiatives. The role involves partnering with brand and design teams to produce content and creative assets for partnerships and other consumer activations. Additionally, the lead will build and manage the measurement of consumer marketing activities and partnerships, maximizing success based on key metrics and insights.
