Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years professional sales & marketing experience; or MBA with 5+ years of professional sales & marketing experience
Experience working in a matrix environment
Fluency in English and local language
Proven ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks (Preferred)
Ability to work with minimal supervision and navigate matrix organizations to achieve business objectives (Preferred)
Responsibilities
Support sales growth, retention and profitability of Healthcare division through strategic planning and execution of marketing programs
Develop in-depth customer and market knowledge, keeping up to date with customer trends through regular VOC, field visits and relevant industry associations; communicate market needs and opportunities to the wider local & EU team to support innovation pipelines
Find opportunities to generate evidence to support Ecolab solutions
Drive a total solution for the responsible segments, aimed at senior C-suite stakeholders within the Healthcare environment
Develop short and long-term strategy and execution plan for digital marketing
Leverage customer relationships to develop in-depth market knowledge
Manage the KOL network for specific segments
Support the growth of business based on on-going market research, campaign development and roll out, pricing strategies and budgeting/forecasting
Create and execute marketing campaigns and customer events to promote brand awareness
Develop and implement strategies and plans for: Product Launches, Manage Phase in – Phase out process, Sales Enablement and Product Training, Competitive Intelligence, Market assessment
Collaborate with critical functions, including Sales, Finance, R&D, Scientific Marketing
Remain current on market standards, association guidelines and related government regulations
Lead/influence commercial projects
Assist in developing training programs and sales tools to support the sales force in response to customer and competitive needs
Work collaboratively with European Marketing Portfolio Managers and Strategic Marketing team to share best practice
Travel 25% based on need, customer face to face interaction, and team support
Create and collaborate on execution of marketing strategy and plans as well as sales enablement in respective market
Lead commercialization efforts to ensure effective product launches across respective market
Build a seamless execution and communication to ensure that entire region receive necessary support
Support Sales Team to grow revenue, increase profitability and market share
