Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a brand, martech or agency environment, backed by a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • A proven track record of planning and executing integrated campaigns from start to finish
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and website management platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid social, ambassador and influencer marketing, content and communications, with a focus on lead generation
  • A highly organised work ethic, where you thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle multiple projects, knowing how and when to prioritise
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • An outstanding communication style, with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Integrated Marketing to plan and run multi-channel campaigns
  • Own projects across social media, community programs, influencer marketing, events, ABM, and partnerships
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and at high quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and brand messaging
  • Support event marketing initiatives, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities
  • Assist the Leadership team with their social media presence and personal branding
  • Track and report campaign success, share insights, and push for smarter optimisations
