Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Marketing
  • Experience to work in complex work structures
  • Experience in managing campaigns operationally
  • Fluent written and spoken Arabic (essential), plus a good standard of English
  • Must have UAE passport & Family book (Khulasat Al Qaid)

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing strategies and initiatives for new verticals (grocery and retail), Deliveroo Plus, partnerships, and new customer promotions
  • Submit campaign briefs and T&Cs for monthly new customer promotion strategy to increase incremental new customers
  • Manage the new to vertical customer promotion calendar: promotional management from setup to spend tracking
  • Manage Plus promotions: from setup to spend tracking to drive new vertical adoption and add customer value
  • Manage partner promotions: from setup to promotion adoption analysis
  • Brief customer care on all promotions and help resolve issues
  • Be the in-market point of contact for Deliveroo Plus, collaborate with central team for smooth launch of Plus campaigns
  • Undertake monthly competitor analysis
  • PO management for partner campaigns
  • For Partner / Deliveroo Plus Silver campaigns: send briefs to central Plus team and manage customer care queries
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, operations, finance) to align marketing campaigns
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive marketing excellence
  • Collaborate with CRM, digital media, brand, and studio team to develop strong marketing plans and creative execution
