Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, with experience analyzing and forecasting direct-to-consumer or SMB subscription services such as internet, wireless, insurance, financial services, or SaaS. They must have the ability to analyze complex data sets, build models, and generate accurate forecasts, along with strong business acumen and the capacity to communicate analytic findings to executive audiences. Furthermore, candidates should have 5+ years’ experience with critical analytical tools including Excel, BigQuery, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Analytics Manager, Forecasting & Reporting will develop and refine predictive models to analyze subscriber behavior, market trends, and retention strategies, conducting scenario analysis to predict the impact of marketing strategies and external factors. They will ensure data quality by collaborating with data management teams, implementing best practices, and providing actionable market and customer insights. The role involves managing the tracking, reporting, and analysis of marketing activities, designing and supporting custom reporting dashboards, analyzing customer data using various tools, and creating visual aids to present insights to marketing and sales departments, as well as advising other marketing functions on customer and market data.
