Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in data science, customer analytics, or marketing analytics, preferably in gaming, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses. A strong foundation in statistical modeling and causal inference is required, along with proficiency in SQL and Python, and experience with modern ML frameworks. Familiarity with LLMs for text analysis and advanced feature engineering is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Lead Data Scientist will conduct portfolio-level strategic insights and title-specific analysis, lead media mix modeling to measure marketing effectiveness and guide budget allocation, and build churn and LTV models. They will design and interpret incrementality tests, serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, collaborate with user research and design teams, and mentor game analysts to drive systemic improvements across genres.
